Our curricular goal is the same as it was for the 15th century lens grinder who first looked through a telescope. We aim to see into and through the machine to imagine how things might be, and we aim to build new "machines" based on our understanding of the order of the world.

Digital Design in the curriculum concentrates on integration into the beginning design studios in both the undergraduate and graduate curriculum.

The digital path is a coordinated set of advanced seminar, workshop and studio courses open to all students in the CoA.
