This studio focuses on an innovative architectural representation merging analog and digital techniques and sustaining a critical diolog dealing with qustions of architecural communication.

Program/Heuristic: Study: Students studied chamber music halls and theatre precedents in order to produce a collective studio typology notebook. Allowing Goethe's definition that "architecture is frozen music," methods were explored to harness music as part of a design methodology in this studio.

Media: This studio has embraced a variety of modeling techniques and materials. Handcrafted, digitally fabricated, found-object and hybrid models were applicable. Students could choose to work in Maya or similar software provided that their final model iteratin was fabricated and tactile. Documentation of cycloramic models included panoramic photography.
